When will my order ship?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase. During holidays the processing time may take longer. You will receive an email with your tracking information as soon as it's available.

How long does shipping take?
As we ship worldwide, please allow between 5-30 business days for your order to arrive. However, because of the current difficult situation regarding COVID-19, we expect delays in our delivery processes and cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates at the moment and this is unfortunately out of our control.

How do I track my package?
We will send you an email confirmation containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Please note that it can take up to 1-3 business days for the tracking information to be updated.

I did not get a tracking number, what do I do?
If you did not get a tracking number after 7 business days of placing your order you can simply email us and we will gladly sort out any issues.
